The Disney-21st Century Fox saga has come to an end. Variety reports that both companies’ shareholders voted to approve the merger Friday morning.

The cost of the merger is $71.3 billion. Variety said 21st Century Fox CFO Josh Nallen told shareholders that the merger is expected to be complete in the first half of 2019.

The meeting reportedly was short, and the vote took less than 10 minutes to receive close to a unanimous vote.
