Ron Howard saves Solo: A Star Wars Story

Solo: A Star Wars Story underwent a heck of a time during production: losing initial directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, then replacing them with director Ron Howard.

Any film would suffer had the odds been that stacked against it, but Solo doesn’t take a terrible route and is actually…good?

I attended a press screening for purposes of this review, thanks to Sly Fox and Disney. ❤

Solo is rated PG-13, runs 2 hours and 15 minutes and speeds into theaters on May 25, 2018.

  4. I saw it just last night. It is a shame they didn’t add much more new into the Star Wars world but it was a fun movie and Han was treated with respect I was wary that they’d butcher the character but they didn’t.

    • Yeah, they absolutely did not butcher Han! I think the film is plenty better than most are giving it credit for.
